Cryptocurrencies: a disruptive threat or the future of money?

A lot has been mentioned, warned and fantasized about digital currencies in the last few years since its inception in 2008. The problem is that society in general is not able to see clearly its benefits and opportunities as well as its perils and flaws. Over the last few weeks, Bitcoin and Ethereum have both appreciated significantly due to a few main factors. China’s ease into enforcement rules on some of their exchanges, Japanese regulators’ approval of these transactions, some major businesses exploring the use of cryptocurrencies and emerging market currency depreciation and lack of central bank policy coordination and inflation expectations of strong currencies.Add paragraph text here.
